Tsepho Phiri is passionate about mentoring the next generation. A leader by example, he is already an accomplished soccer coach and experienced mentor prior to coming to Bulembu. He is committed to helping Bulembu youth build a solid foundation of ethics, faith, and goal-setting that will lead to impactful lives. Ultimately, leaders are created through hard work and perseverance.

His office is a hub of strategy, motivation, and inspiration. The vision is compelling: take the vision to create leaders and make it an ongoing reality. One of the illustrations in his office is “The Ladder.” The important question is: what kind of ladder are you building to get you from where you are to the goal(s) you have? The journey from where one is to where they want to be will be determined by the structure–i.e. “ladder”–one makes for themselves to get there.

Bulembu is a “steel ladder” according to Tsepho. Bulembu is reliable. Bulembu can take the youth in Eswatini from where they are and launch them into bright futures.
