Opened in 2008, the Bulembu Creativity Center provides an environment that embraces community care and artistic development. It is a community enterprise project that empowers young women with a skills based, entrepreneurship driven artistic and artisan education through sustainable employment. The eleven community women who work at the Creativity Center incorporate their stories, culture, and Bulembu’s surroundings to produce creative, functional items that are used and sold by Bulembu Ministries Swaziland.
The Creativity Center is a unique experience in Bulembu that can’t be passed up. If you visit, be sure to see for yourself, and take a part of Bulembu home with you.
